This picture was taken of me fishing on spring break two years ago off of Florida’s coast. It was one of the many family excursions while we were on vacation. The picture represents one of the many leisurely activities that i enjoy doing with my family. Fishing brings great leisure to me because it takes place in a very relaxing and peaceful setting. This picture is special to me because it reminds me of the time spent with my family on a relaxing vacation in florida. Since I rarely see them now that I am at school, I now realize the importance of doing leisurely activities with the people you are close to.
To me leisure is an activity that takes your mind off of the day to day stresses of life. Generally this activity does not require a lot of energy, and is overall relaxing. This activity must also be something that one enjoys doing in his/her free time. Leisure is doing whatever you want and whenever you want to do it.
